“Steps to a Healthier Family” is designed for people who want to start transitioning their family into a more whole foods, healthy lifestyle but in a non-fanatical way. By taking one class each month, learning a new step to work on, you will slowly transition into better habits, slowly….so they’ll stick!! Come join us for food, fun & lots of info to help you make better choices in the grocery store & in your kitchen! You won’t regret it!
If you haven’t come to the earlier classes, it’s ok, feel free to join us at anytime. You can always purchase the online course as well to get caught up on previous steps!
March- Class 3: “Pantry Makeover”
Come learn how to transition the basics of our pantry into the healthier options! Making small changes in our oils, salts, spices, sugars, etc.. will make a big difference for your internal health. You might be surprised to find out which items you should be replacing to will make a significant difference in your life. We will be making some delicious dishes with a variety of the items we will be teaching you about. This is a class you won’t want to miss!!

(Each class is about 2 hours long- choose which date/time is best for you)
(Please sign up for just one of the three class times offered. There is a new step taught each month so you will join us just once a month to learn your new step (goal) to work on for the next month)
